Pat Pimmel is a St. Louis native who graduated from Hazelwood East High
School and attended the University of Missouri at Columbia. Pimmel’s
coaching career began as a Head Coach for the St. Charles Junior Football
League in 1994. In 2002 Pat Pimmel coached offense under Head Coach
Pat Luck with the Hazelwood West Wildcats. In 2003 he went to the inner city
of St. Louis as a head coach for the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club.
Pimmel obtained 4 St. Louis Championships and 2 National Tournaments
during his career at Herbert Hoover. In 2007 he was named Offensive
Coordinator for the semi-pro Missouri Wildcats of the N.A.F.L. Pat is now in
his second year as an offensive coach of the River City Rage.

Ryan Ludwig has a degree in Exercise Science from Truman State University.
Prior to joining Football Factory USA, Ryan accumulated over eight years of
sales and management experience in multiple industries. A native of
Oswego, Illinois, Ryan was a four year starter at cornerback for the Truman
State University Bulldog football team. Although a team captain and two time
collegiate All-Conference selection, Ryan lists winning the 1992 IHSA Class
4A State Football Championship his most memorable athletic
accomplishment. He is a coach at heart and has experience at all ages in
coaching baseball, basketball and football. Hobbies include: golf, running,
biking, and hiking. Ryan is excited to join Football Factory USA and looks
forward to helping all clients achieve their goals.

Mike was born on Blacksburg, Virginia. He was a three sport athlete playing
football,Basketball and Baseball, achieving All-State honors in football.
Playing three positions Linebacker, Running back and punter. He decided to
attend Virginia Tech as a Running back/Linebacker. He ended up playing
Linebacker at Virginia Tech. Mike played in five bowl games including the
National Championship against Florida State. Mike has been coached by
guys who have puts 48 guys into the NFL. After college Mike played 6 years of
arena football traveling for teams in south Carolina, Virginia and Chicago
and recently in St Louis for the River City Rage. Mike lives here locally in st
Louis and loves coaching kids. Mike Brings a lot of knowledge and
experience to the Football Factory. Mike is going to help with multiple
positions at the football factory.

ANDY HARE Offensive Training Coordinator

Andy Hare's main goal is to make each player as good as they can be as a
football player and as a person. He believes that through hard work, coupled
with positive feedback and discipline, players can grow both mentally and
physically. As a high school football player Andy earned 1980's Player of the
Year for the State of Wisconsin, as well as 1st Team All-State Quarterback,
1st Team All-State Defensive Back and 2 All-American Teams. He was a 4
year letterman for the University of Minnesota. Andy has been coaching
football since 1986. He served on Lou Holtz's staff at Notre Dame as a
Graduate Assistant coach. Locally he has coached at Lindenwood University
and with the River City Rage. As a youth football coach Andy has won 3 local
championships and 1 National championship. Currently, Andy is the Head
football Coach at Christian High School in O'Fallon.
